Staff was very helpful… we were welcomed by the manager at the front desk, who was very gracious, and the breakfast was great, the service area was very clean and the attendants were polite, friendly and very conciliatory. The Concierge was so easy to talk to and not only explained how our Trolley excursion worked, but also walked us to our stop after arranging for a shuttle. The pool was fun!

Everything was great except for the cleanness of the room and the breakfast. We actually had garbage piling up in our room. The housekeepers come every 3 days. This is unacceptable due to the cost of a 4 nights stay. Lastly, the breakfast needs a do over. It's not very good at all. If possible, I would suggest you hire real cook to prepare a hot breakfast for your guests!

Concierge in house for info about area, tickets for trolley, etc was a big plus for us because we didn't know anything about Savannah. Room was clean and beds comfy. Breakfast was good. Complimentary bottled water always available.
